3776439 - F4 value help for quantity unit shows product list in Fiori Manage Service Order app

In S/4HANA 2025,when using F4/value help for the Quantity Unit at item level, unlike in S/4HANA 2023 the dialog shows a product list instead of a list of units of measure in Manage Service Order apps.
