3776456 - Is Jam integration available after Work Zone integration has been enabled? - SuccessFactors Learning

Work Zone integration has been enabled, then customer want to switch back to Jam integration. Is this possible?

After customer migrates to Work Zone integration, there is no longer Jam, and only Work Zone remains. 

It's not recommended for customer to switch back to Jam integration after Work Zone integration has been enabled.

NOTE: Jam will get fully retired in 2027 Jan.
