You are seeing a large number of stopped qRFC queues with prefixes XBTS or XBTR in transaction SMQ2, and the corresponding XI messages are stuck in Scheduled status in SXMB_MONI. Attempts to delete these queues or cancel the messages directly ( either through SMQ2 or the mass cancellation options in SXMB_MONI ) are not working or not available.
