3776557 - Permission Role Assignment Shows Recent Last Modified Date but Assignment History Is Missing or Outdated

Symptom

  • In Manage Permission Role, a permission role assignment displays a recent Last Modified date.
  • The assignment appears to have been recently modified, although it may not have been changed for a long time.
  • In View History, searching for the assignment ID may show either no history records or only older history entries that do not correspond to the displayed Last Modified date.
