3776680 - Sales Order is Not Available in Invoice Requests Work Center View

Symptom

When opening the Customer Invoicing - Invoice Requests view and select an invoice request, the Sales Order column is not available in the header table.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center.
  2. Open the Invoice Requests view.
  3. Select an invoice request, for example, an Outbound Delivery Invoice Request.
  4. Review the fields available in the header table.
  5. Observe that there is no field available to display the related Sales Order reference.
Note: The source document reference is available only in the Document/Item ID field under Details section.

Cause

The requested feature/functionality is currently not available in SAP Business ByDesign.
