3776788 - Admin User Unable To Add The Access To The Existing Users in SAP Manage User Application

Symptom

The customer or partner is requesting access to SAP Traceability Hub applications or services that can be granted only by an authorized administrator within their organization.

Environment

SAP Traceability Hub

Cause

Users who have not been assigned the required roles and permissions will be unable to access SAP Traceability Hub applications and services required for daily operations, including:

Manage Messages
Manage Certificates
Monitoring and reporting applications
Other SAP Traceability Hub portal functions

As a result, users may encounter authorization errors or be unable to view the required applications.

Resolution

Access to SAP Traceability Hub applications and services must be granted by the administrator registered for your organization in SAP Traceability Hub.

Note: If the registered administrator is no longer associated with the organization, or if no administrator can be identified, please create an incident with the SAP Traceability Hub Support team under component IS-LS-TH for further assistance.
