3776813 - I-9 reverification task status displays incorrectly in dashboard

I-9 Reverification Task status is showing incorrect status.

 "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log into the instance.
2. Go to the dashboard.
3. Find a sample candidate and check the I-9 Section 3 (Reverification) status. It shows completed
4. Go to details page, it shows I-9 Reverification task status still pending.

Product defect causing the dashboard to display an incorrect status for the I-9 Reverification (Section 3) task.

1. This is a known code issue; an updated fix is planned for the 2H 2026 release.
2. There is currently no workaround.
3. Monitor product release notes and refer to this KBA for updates.
