3776903 - Error being received in Signavio after IAS configuration for SSO access.

• Unable to access workspace after IAS configured as IdP.
• Receiving the following error when trying to access the workspace via SSO: “Oops... the system was unable to perform the requested function”.

• SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub

1. In IAS, open the application configured for SAP Signavio.
2. Set Application access to Internal (default).
3. Set a Home URL pointing to the Signavio SSO URL of the workspace.
4. Onboard/assign the required users to the IAS application (for example, via CSV import), then save.
5. Test access again to confirm the error no longer appears.
