3776908 - Custom translations after transport not reflected in Fiori Launchpad (text_id not matching)

Symptom

  • On target system from the transport, custom translations are appearing on the maintained translation table WDY_CONF_USERT2, but, not reflecting in Fiori Launchpad.
  • Looking into a table for non working translation, checking source and target language (same Configuration ID), do not have matching "TEXT_ID"
  • In transaction SE63, on the selected translation, appears a red square with a number 1 inside (Number of proposals).
