3776932 - [Edge Integration Cell] Virtual Host Changes Not Reflected or Virtual Hosts Not Created After Reinstalling EIC Using an Existing Database

Symptom

After reinstalling the Edge Integration Cell (EIC) solution on a Kubernetes cluster while reusing the same database from a previous installation, one or more of the following issues may occur:

  • Newly created Virtual Hosts are not created successfully.
  • Latest Virtual Host configuration changes are not reflected in the EIC environment.
  • Existing Virtual Host definitions appears outdated after the reinstallation.
  • Virtual Host deployment synchronization issues are observed when EIC is installed on a different Kubernetes node or cluster using the same database.
