Symptom

  • In Manage Calculations, transport footprint jobs show status "Stopped".
  • Error message displayed: "Calculation stopped due to Composite Exception. Please contact the support team."
  • "Errors and Notices" tab lists error code INVLOC with message "Location does not exist in your configurations."
  • A high percentage of uploaded shipment/parcel records report errors during processing.
