• In directory search, the skill and attribute returns no results even when users have the specified skill/attribute assigned.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the directory search.
2. Attempt to use the skill and attribute column for search.
3. Observe that the search does not return any results even if there are users with the specified skill/attribute.

A known product defect in preview environments prevents skill-based people search from returning results.

We have investigated and identified the root cause of the problem that is preventing skill-based people search from returning results in your Preview environment. A defect ticket has been raised internally and a fix is currently in progress.
