3776945 - Error EDOCUMENT_BR 147 (There's no reference document to be displayed.) for Brazil CT-e Flex documents in transaction code EDOC_COCKPIT

• When querying reference documents for CT-e (BRCTEFLEX), the system shows the message EDOCUMENT_BR 147: "There's no reference document to be displayed."
• Direct query to table EDOBRREFDOCDESC by EDOC_GUID returns entries only for one language code for type REFDOC_NF.
• The selection in method IF_EDOC_BR_REFDOC_DB~SELECT_EDOBRREFDOCDESC uses the user logon language, causing no results when entries exist only in a different language.
