• When a settlement document is created, the flexible workflow work item is visible in SBWP, but no email is sent to the recipient’s Outlook inbox.
• No related emails are visible in SOST.
• SLG1 application log shows: “No data supplied to render email template”.
• Email template check shows a warning: “CDS View C_SETTLMTDOCWORKITEM is not released, or it is deprecated”.
