Symptom

The serial numbers (withholding tax certificate numbers) in Thailand withholding tax report attachments generated from the Run Statutory Reports app are not displayed in ascending order.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Run Statutory Reports app.
  2. Run a Thailand withholding tax report such as TH_WHT_PND3 or TH_WHT_PND53 for the relevant reporting period.
  3. Download the PDF attachment.
  4. Observe that the serial numbers (certificate numbers) are not displayed in ascending order.

Cause

The system doesn't sort all certificate numbers when the report is generated. This is standard system behavior.

Resolution

The serial numbers appearing out of order is expected behavior and does not impact compliance or reporting accuracy. The Thai government requires only that each row contains a unique identification value, which is already satisfied by the current implementation. No configuration change or corrective action is required.
