Symptom
When adding the first piece of data to a user via MDF Deeplink, an error 400 appears on the page after entering the effective start date: Looks like something went wrong.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Configure the MDF deeplink:https://<app-server-domain>/sf/liveprofile?mdfObjectType=<objectType>&assignmentId=<assignmentID> in the Quick Link or elsewhere
- Click the link to add initial data for the user
- Enter the effective Start Date and click apply
- Error message appears: "Looks like something went wrong." The error 400 help text prompts: "Please pass in a non-empty value for timeslices for draft relevant request."
