3776978 - Remand action not supported in assignment approval workflows

• Users require a “Remand” (send back) option in Opportunity Marketplace assignment approval workflows.
• Approvers only see “Approve” and “Decline” actions during assignment creation, application submission, or offer acceptance approvals.

1. Configure an Opportunity Marketplace approval workflow for one of the following scenarios: assignment creation, application submission, or offer acceptance.
2. Attempt to add or use a “Remand” action for approvers.
3. Observe that only “Approve” and “Decline” actions are available.

Remand is not supported in Opportunity Marketplace approval workflows because, although OMP uses the Employee Central workflow engine, it restricts certain EC workflow capabilities, and there is no standard configuration to enable a Remand action.

1. Note that a “Remand” action is not supported for any of the three Opportunity Marketplace assignment approval scenarios.
2. Use the available actions “Approve” and “Decline” for approver decisions.
3. If a “Remand” capability is required, submit an enhancement request for product consideration.
