3777000 - AUC master data Cost Center doesn't update after WBS Responsible Cost Center is changed – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

After changing the responsible cost center on a released WBS element, the asset under construction (AuC) master record still shows the original cost center.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Release an investment project/WBS element so that an AuC is created automatically.
2. Post initial costs and run the first event-based settlement to the AuC.
3. Change the responsible cost center on the WBS element.
4. Post additional costs and run subsequent event-based settlements.
5. Open the AuC in the Manage Fixed Assets app and observe that the cost center remains the original value and the field is display-only.

Once the AuC has been created, its cost center will not be updated to reflect later changes in the WBS master data.
