3777003 - BizX header or menu missing on Learning home page when accessing via direct link using Proxy Now feature

After enabling “Enable SAP User Experience Updates”, the BizX Menu/header is not visible on the Learning home page when accessing Learning via a direct link while using the BizX “Proxy Now” feature. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Enable the feature “Enable SAP user experience updates” under Company logo and settings. 
2. Create a custom card with a direct link for learning home page in SuccessFactors. 
3. Log in to the SuccessFactors system as a user. 
4. Access the custom card to navigate learning home page, and verify that the BizX Menu/header is visible on the Learning home page. 
5. Return to the SuccessFactors home page and use the BizX “Proxy Now” feature to impersonate another user.
6. Access the same custom card to navigate learning home page
7. Observe that the BizX Menu/header is not visible on the Learning home page. 

This is an expected behavior of the system when using the BizX “Proxy Now” feature.

The BizX Header/Menu does not appear on the Learning home page when the user logs in using the BizX “Proxy Now” feature and accesses the page via a direct link. 

The BizX header will appear upon self-login and accessing the direct link. This behavior is expected and is not supported for any application versions or entry points. Users are advised to avoid using the BizX “Proxy Now” feature for accessing the Learning home page via direct links.
