3777037 - Overall system-calculated rating not visible in summary when using mlt ratings in self‑evaluation

Employee is unable to view the system-calculated rating in the summary section based on the MLT rating given during the annual self-evaluation step.

Product: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Open a performance form where MLT is used during the annual self-evaluation step to rate each goal.
2. Navigate to the Summary section and check the Overall Calculated Rating.
3. Observe that no system-calculated overall rating is displayed based on the MLT goal ratings.

By design, the Overall Calculated Rating in the Summary section is calculated only from rating sources configured in the performance form template; MLT per-goal ratings are not used as a source, so no overall rating is produced.

1. Review the performance form template to identify which rating sources are configured for the Summary section’s Overall Calculated Rating.
2. If an overall rating is required, configure supported rating sources (for example, item ratings) in the template; the system does not calculate an overall rating from MLT per-goal ratings.
