3777057 - Unrelated On-Premise ABAP Transports Displayed When Assigning Transport to Feature for CTMS System Landscapes in SAP Cloud ALM

When assigning a transport to a feature in SAP Cloud ALM, unrelated transports (e.g., on-premise ABAP transports) appear in the selection dialog, even though the project is configured with a CTMS system group.

Example setup:

• A CTMS system group is assigned to a deployment landscape
  
• The deployment landscape is assigned to a project
• A feature is created for the project
• When clicking Assign Transport, on-prem ABAP transports are unexpectedly listed
