3777068 - Change Log button missing for purchase order approvals in my inbox; available for purchase requisitions

• Inconsistent behavior observed between Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order approval tasks in the My Inbox application.
• Change Log button is available for Purchase Requisition approval tasks but not for Purchase Order approval tasks.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the My Inbox application.
2. Navigate to Purchase Requisition approval tasks and observe the availability of the Change Log button.
3. Navigate to Purchase Order approval tasks and observe the absence of the Change Log button.

The issue is due to the structural difference between Purchase Requisitions (item-based) and Purchase Orders (contain both header and item content). The Change Log button is not available for Purchase Orders in the My Inbox application.

This is standard system behavior.

In the My Inbox Purchase Order approval task, select the Purchase Order number to navigate to the corresponding Purchase Order application (Manage Purchase Orders or ME23N).

In the Purchase Order application, open and review the Change Log at header and/or item level as needed.
