3777104 - Composite note ETO Status Handling

Symptom

  • An ETO item cannot be sent from Sales to Engineering (button “Handover to Engineering”)
  • An ETO item cannot be sent again from Sales to Engineering (button “Handback to Engineering”)
  • Changes to pricing conditions can change the ETO status of any items in the sales order
  • An ETO item cannot be sent back from Engineering to Sales (button “Finish Engineering”)
  • An ETO item that is in Engineering remains there permanently if the sales order item has been deleted.
