Durring the procedure of rewiring an existing Self-Service Provisioned Datasphere instance to Business Data Cloud, following error occurs in the final step of 'Update instance':
 "Service Broker error: Service broker data-plane-sbf failed with: Requested service instance plan cannot be upgraded or downgraded"
