3777113 - Succession Nomination Cards not Visible in Latest People Profile (ppx) after RBP Migration

• Succession Nomination cards are not visible in the Latest People Profile.
• Within the Succession Nomination category, the cards (Nomination, Talent Pool, Succession) are not displayed in one environment while visible in another with similar setup.
• In Legacy People Profile the user can access Succession/Nomination data, but in Latest People Profile no cards are shown.
• The behavior was observed after an RBP migration patch.

1. Ensure Latest People Profile is enabled.
2. Open a user’s People Profile.
3. Navigate to the Succession Nomination category.
4. Check for visibility of Nomination, Talent Pool, and Succession cards.
5. Observe that the cards are missing in the affected environment while present in another environment with comparable configuration.

Incorrect migration due to a full profile exception with Legacy People Profile enabled at release time, which led to missing new PPX RBP permissions for successors and nominations.

1. In Configure People Profile (Latest People Profile), verify that the Successors/Nominations cards are enabled in Succession category and "Visible on Full Profile" option is checked.
2. If the cards remain hidden, the instance may be a full profile exception where permissions were not migrated. You will need to manually enable them with the steps below
   1. In Role-Based Permissions, grant the relevant roles the new permissions:
      1. Succession Planners → View Nominations in People Profile.
      2. Succession Planners → View Successors in People Profile.
