3777126 - The results returned by SFTP when exporting the Document List are inconsistent with the number shown in Manage Document

Symptom

When the Document List for external users was exported from "Manage Document," the number of files displayed in "Manage Document" was inconsistent with the actual count shown in the job exported to SFTP.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to "Manage Documents," click the Filter button, and then filter by "Uploaded by External Candidate".
  2. Click "Advanced Filters," select "User" as the document owner type, and then apply the filter.
  3. The page will display the number of files.
  4. Export Document List, then log in to SFTP to check the download results.
  5. The number of files exported to SFTP is inconsistent with the number displayed on the "Manage Documents" page.

Cause

This is a known issue because the query used for exporting the document list differs from the one on the "Manage Documents" page, particularly in terms of the "Uploaded By" filter, leading to inconsistent counts.

Resolution

  • The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2605p15 :
    • 28-Jul-26  - Preview Release
    • 30-Jul-26  - Production Release
