3777241 - Workflow update operation is cheks for RBP even though Respect permission is set to No for Manage Pending Hire

When:

1. Respect permission is set to be No in the Workflow Configuration.
2. Workflow approver don't have permission of the Manage Pending Hires. 

Then, in Workflow update page, RBP is checked for the workflow approver.  

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow

1. Log into instance and proxy as approver.
2. Ensure that the user does not have the permission to Manage Pending Hire.
3. Also, the Respect permission is set to No in the Workflow Configuration.
4. Open the workflow approval page.
5. The system does not allow the approver to access or update any of the fields. (RBP is checked for the workflow approver)

The engineering team has identified this bug. 

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
