3777270 - Schedule Onboarding Meetings task completes after first invite sent - Onboarding

• The "Schedule Onboarding Meetings" task is marked as Completed immediately after the first meeting invitation is sent.
• Additional meetings configured within the same task have not yet been sent at this point.
• The task no longer appears as open or due in the Onboarding Dashboard.
• Mass processing is no longer available for sending the remaining meeting invitations.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure multiple meetings within the "Schedule Onboarding Meetings" task.
2. Configure the first meeting invitation and click on submit.
3. Observe the task is automatically set to Completed after the first invitation is sent.
4. Confirm the task no longer appears as open or due in the Onboarding Dashboard.

This is working as designed.

1. Note that this behavior is working as designed: the "Schedule Onboarding Meetings" task is completed after the first invitation is sent, even if additional meetings are configured.
2. To send subsequent meeting invitations, open each onboardee’s task and select View Details → Edit Task.
3. From the task edit view, choose the next meeting and send the invitation for that onboardee.
4. Repeat for each onboardee, or simply complete all meetings at the same time
