• In the Manage Global Hierarchies app, after importing an Internal Order (IO) group, none of the hierarchy nodes can be opened.
• Error displayed: code "MSG_UH/019", message "Entity ORDER does not exist."
• HTTP 400 from OData service when reading HierarchyNodeSet with the above error.
