3777376 - Mentoring Matching Criteria Partially Hidden When Selecting

When a user selects response options (e.g., multiple-choice answers) during the Mentoring matching process, not all matching criteria are displayed on the screen. Some criteria appear to be cut off, hidden behind other elements, or not scrollable, making it impossible for the user to see the full list of matches.

SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring

1. Go to Development Tab
2. Select Mentoring
3. Sign Up as Mentee in a Mentoring Program
4. Join the Program
5. Select many options in the questions
6. Click Show Recommended Mentors to see the issue
7. There is a bar to scroll down, but it is cutting the information, it's not possible to see the "x more button"

The issue is caused by UI5 component upgrade in 1H2026.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
