3777436 - ELM 5.0: BFS Dialog message cannot be finished successfully

During the monthly transmission to the Federal Statistical Office (BFS) via ELM, in the "Administration of Result Requests" line the system shows an error that the dialog is not closed.

In a later phase in the "Administration of Dialog Messages" one of the errors in detail can be: Data transfer not found. No match found for the key and/or password. (in German: Datenlieferung nicht gefunden. Keine Übereinstimmung mit dem Key und/oder Password.)
