3777441 - Supplier Fields are Missing After Workforce Replication

Symptom

You are replicating workforce data to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, and notice that some fields from the Supplier role created are not automatically set up.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Some fields from the worker's supplier role are not set automatically, as these fields do not have a direct counterpart in the source system.

Resolution

In order to perform data validation and value determination for additional fields from the worker's supplier role, it is possible to implement BAdI WFD_ENHANCE_WORKFORCEPERSON.

The fields supported by this Business Add-In are the following:

  • PaymentTerms
  • SupplierClerkURL (Internet address of partner company clerk)
  • IsDoubleInvoice (Check double invoice)
  • LayoutSortingRule (Sort key)
  • CashPlanningGroup (Planning Group)
  • APARToleranceGroup (Tolerance Group)
  • CreditMemoPaymentTerms (Payment terms key for credit memos)
  • HouseBank
  • AuthorizationGroup
