3777486 - Duplicate cds value help fields visible multiple times in adapt filters for Fiori app using Custom Fields , SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In the Fiori application – app fields coming from a CDS-based value help appear multiple times in the Adapt Filters dialog.
  • Fields originating from the value help CDS view are exposed in the filter adaptation list instead of only the custom field added via the Custom Fields and Logic app.
  • If those value help fields are disabled/removed, the value help no longer works as required.
  • No error messages are displayed.
