3777488 - Standard User receives error when creating a job from Position Org Chart - SmartRecruiters

A Standard user is unable to submit a SmartRecruiters job created from the Employee Central (EC) Position Org Chart. After completing the job details and selecting the hiring team role, attempting to save or publish the job results in the following error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support.".
