3777521 - Periodic Auto-Synchronization does not trigger; threshold_period and on_status_change ineffective - SAP Service and Asset Manager

The periodic auto-synchronization functionality in SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) does not trigger even when the configuration parameters are set. The following behaviors are observed:

• The PERIODIC parameter is set to every 3 minutes, but the application does not auto-sync.

• Toggling the THRESHOLD_PERIOD parameter on and off does not resolve the issue.

• Enabling the ON_STATUS_CHANGE parameter fails to trigger an automatic synchronization when an object status is modified.
