3777537 - M7 425 Error when Good Receipt zero quantity for new material with Delivery Completed Indicator set

Symptom

When attempting to post a Goods Receipt (GR) via MIGO with quantity = 0 with the Delivery Completed indicator is set to 2 - "SET" for a newly created material that has no prior transaction history, the system prevents posting and throws error message M7 425.
