3777606 - No translation option for Class Description field - SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• While maintaining a class, there is no translation option available for the “Description” field.
• In the same screen, the “Short Description” field offers a translation option.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Open any class (scheduled offering) in Learning administration.
2. View the fields for the class and check the “Description” field: no translate option is available.
3. Check the “Short Description” field in the same screen: a translate option is available.

Working as per Current System Design

1. This behavior is by design: the class “Description” field does not provide a translate option, while “Short Description” does.
