3777670 - S_ALR_87013611 shows zero or empty amount for a cost element, but KSB1 drill-down shows values

When executing report S_ALR_87013611, the amount for a specific cost element appears as zero or empty.

However, when drilling down into KSB1 from the same report, line items with values are visible for the same cost element and selection criteria.

This leads to the impression that the two reports show inconsistent data.
