3777750 - Variable Pay Worksheets Do Not Pull PMGM Goal Plan Ratings

PMGM Goal Plan ratings are not populated in Variable Pay worksheets even after the worksheets are updated.

1. Open a Variable Pay worksheet and check the “Goal Plan (Individual Rating)” column; it shows Unrated.
2. Run the bonus calculation or update launched forms and observe the rating is not populated in the worksheet.

The bonus calculation configuration is set to consider completed PM forms at the time the bonus calculation runs. If PM forms are completed after Variable Pay worksheets are launched, ratings are not pulled into existing worksheets. This is expected behavior.

1. Ensure performance forms are in Completed status before running the bonus calculation and before launching Variable Pay worksheets.
2. After confirming PM forms are completed, run the Employee Central History Processor Job (with “Run Bonus Calculation & Update Launched Forms” enabled) or manually run the bonus calculation, then launch the worksheets.
3. If PM forms were completed after worksheets were launched, relaunch the affected Variable Pay worksheets so that the ratings are included.
4. Validate the template and process timing so that bonus calculation runs only after PM form completion.
