3777780 - Unable to hide Reporting level filter options in Team View's Select People feature - Growth Portfolio

Users are displayed with all 3 Reporting Level Options (First-Level Reports, Second-Level Reports and Matrix Report) in Team View's Select People in Growth Portfolio, even though permissions are properly set and/or user does not have any reportees in some of the reporting levels.

1. Open Growth Portfolio and click Team View 
2. Click Select People option 
3. Click Show filters 
4. Under Reporting levels First-Level Reports, Second-Level Reports and Matrix Report are all displayed

This is expected behavior as per current system design. Currently there is no RBP controlling the visibility of Reporting Levels, all are displayed by default.
