3777811 - Business Application Update Error When Application Name Is Updated by Letter Case

Symptom

You may see a 400 Bad Request error in the sync log when a business application name in SAP LeanIX is updated by letter casing — for example, MyApplication to myApplication. A business rule in ServiceNow blocks the update, causing the integration sync to fail.
