3777897 - Spot Award Program Details does not show budget amounts when viewed in non-English language - Reward and Recognition

• In Spot Award Program Details, the amounts for Total Budget, Remaining Budget, and Available Budget per Employee are not displayed when the UI language is set to a non-English language
• Only the currency code is visible in the UI.

• SAP SuccessFactors Reward and Recognition
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

1. With English language set, search and go to Reward and Recognition.
2. Open Manage Spot Award Programs.
3. Select on a program that has a budget and verify the amounts appear.
4. Select your user in the top right of the page and go to Settings
5. In Change Language, select a non-English language and press Switch
6. Navigate again to Reward and Recognition > Manage Spot Award Programs.
7. Open the same program with budget.
8. Observe that only the currency code is shown and the budget amounts are not displayed.

UI related issue causing budget amounts to not render in certain languages.

The Engineering Team has confirmed that a fix for this issue is planned for the SAP SuccessFactors 2H2026 release. The 2H2026 release will be deployed on the following dates:

• Preview Environment: October 12th 2026
• Production Environment: November 13–14th 2026
