3777902 - Compensation Statement Card Does Not Appear in Microsoft Teams - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Symptom

Compensation Statements are generated successfully, but the notification card is not delivered to the SAP SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Generate a compensation statement.
  2. Open the SF app in teams and check for notification cards.
  3. Observe that no compensation statement card appears.

Cause

Expected behavior: Compensation Cards are not supported in Microsoft Teams at this time.

Resolution

Engineering has been informed of this behavior and is currently investigating it internally. Further updates will be provided once additional information becomes available. In the meantime, no configuration changes are required from the customer side.
