Symptom

  • When running the trial balance report, the user defined fields window opened from expanded selection does not list all user-defined fields.
  • Another user with the same profile and authorizations can see the full list of user-defined fields.
  • No error message is displayed.
  • Same behavior may affect Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports.
