3777925 - A user assigned to the Hiring Team role is unable to access the Recruiting page and is instead redirected to the Employee Portal - SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors

A user on the Hiring Team may have had their system role changed from a recruiting-related role back to Employee, either manually by another user or through an integration. When this happens, the following behavior can occur:

• If the user’s System Role is set to Employee but they are still assigned as a Hiring Manager, they are redirected to the Employee Portal on desktop instead of the Recruiting page.
• On desktop, they can access their assigned jobs only by clicking the View link in the assignment email.
• No error message is shown, so the issue may not be immediately obvious.
