Symptom

  • Error: "This footprint cannot be published as the CO2e per unit value is not available. Resolve the underlying calculation errors and try again." occurs when publishing an individual product footprint to SAP S/4HANA.

  • Aggregated Status displays as "Successful" and Publishing Status is "Ready to Publish".

  • CO2e per unit value is successfully calculated and visible in the user interface.

  • Publishing job fails with status "Publishing Failed".
