3778005 - EPCIS Message Failure Due to Same Sender and Receiver GLN in SAP Traceability Hub

EPCIS messages are shown as Error or Failed status with the Status Description - Same GLN for Sender and Receiver in  SAP Traceability Hub Manage Message application.

The same GLN is provided for both the sender and receiver in the EPCIS message payload. SAP Traceability Hub validation rules require that: Sender GLN and Receiver GLN must be distinct. If both values are identical, the message fails validation and is rejected.

Validate GLNs Before Submission:

• Ensure that the sender GLN and receiver GLN are different in the payload.
• Correct Failed Messages with GLN values in the payload.
