Symptom
- When generating an OData V2 service for ODP extraction, function imports based on the ODP object are created, for example: SubscribeDeltasForFactsOfZ_I_ODATA_CDPOS (44 characters).
- For some ODP objects with longer technical names, the generated function import name is truncated and includes a reserved character, for example: TDeltForENTITY$F.
- Calling a function import whose name contains “$” results in an HTTP 500 error in the gateway.
- The presence of “$F” in the function import name makes it unusable in the OData framework.
