Symptom

The "Updated and Standardized Rich Text Editor" feature is not available for a specific entity.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning Administration >
  2. Navigate to the specific entity record >
  3. Edit the description (for example, by clicking on the locale/globe icon) >
  4. Observe that the "Updated and Standardized Rich Text Editor" is not available.
