SuccessFactors administrator wants to change the logo of the SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams and cannot find an option in SuccessFactors.

Resolution

Logo and branding customization for the SAP SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams is performed and managed directly within Microsoft Teams, not within SAP SuccessFactors.
